Cybersecurity Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our client’s team in Zurich. In this role, you will help protect critical systems and data by designing and implementing security measures across infrastructure and applications. If you have a strong technical foundation and a passion for safeguarding digital environments, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement cybersecurity strategies and controls

• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats, and incidents

• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses

• Collaborate with IT and development teams on secure architectures

• Stay current with security trends, threats, and tools

What You Bring

• A degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field

• 3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or IT security

• Strong understanding of network and system security concepts

• Experience with firewalls, SIEM, intrusion detection, and endpoint protection

• Fluency in German and English
