Test Engineer (Hardware / Verification & Validation)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer Hardware / Verification & Validation to join our client’s development team in Chur, Switzerland. You will focus on identifying design issues early through structured testing and supporting product improvements. If you enjoy hands-on work and quality assurance, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and address design errors through structured testing

• Analyze standards and customer requirements for Design FMEA

• Plan and coordinate the production of test devices and equipment

• Conduct tests, document results, and share insights with the team

• Maintain and organize the development laboratory

What You Bring

• Technical degree (HF/FH) in electronics or automation engineering

• Experience in product development, testing, and verification

• Knowledge of measurement technology, data analysis, and EMC testing

• Familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO) is a plus

• Fluency in German and good command of English
