
We’re looking for a Project Manager to support our client in Geneva with the coordination and delivery of prefabricated concrete projects. If you enjoy working on construction sites, using modern tools, and taking ownership of your work, this could be the right fit for you.
What You’ll Do:

Prepare offers for prefabricated concrete elements

Attend construction meetings and represent the company on-site

Manage customer orders and maintain accurate data within the ERP system

Create production documents and transfer key information to other teams

Work with 3D models, draw execution plans, and prepare parts lists

Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and production teams

Monitor project costs and timelines to ensure successful delivery

Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and digital tools
What You Bring:

A technical apprenticeship, ideally as a draughtsman, or a similar background in construction

2–5 years of experience in Project Management

Experience with 3D CAD software (ideally Allplan)

A reliable and independent working style

Strong interest in digital tools and modern working methods

A team player mindset with excellent communication skills

The ability to stay calm and organized during high-pressure periods

Fluency in French and English is required
