Cyber Security Manager

Welcome to DEKRA Arbeit. For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are currently seeking a Cyber Security Manager.

Your Role:

• Lead and continuously enhance the organization’s cyber security strategy, policies, and frameworks

• Oversee risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability management to ensure robust protection of systems and sensitive data

• Coordinate incident response planning and lead actions during security breaches and threats

• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to embed security best practices into projects and daily operations

• Develop and manage security awareness programs to promote a security-first culture among employees

• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant standards

• Provide regular reports to senior management on risk posture, compliance status, and security improvements

Your Profile:

• Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in IT security roles, including leadership responsibilities

• Deep expertise in security frameworks, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, OWASP)

• Proven experience in security operations, incident response, and risk management

• Familiarity with SIEM solutions, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection technologies

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in French and English is required
